Ling-San Meng (孟令三) was born in 1984 in Taoyuan, Taiwan. He received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 2006. He is currently working toward his Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering and the Graduate Institute of Communication Engineering of National Taiwan University. His research interests include queueing theory, cooperative communications, and cross-layer design in wireless networks.

Currently, he is a visiting student at the Georgia Institute of Technology, in the Broadband Wireless Networking Lab under the supervision of Pr. Dr. Ian F. Akyildiz. His current research is focused on molecular communications.
