He will be the main person handling/grading pop-quizzes and homework. Please, discuss any problems about your quiz and homework grading with him. In case of disagreement, you can always make an appointment with me to discuss the matter.

There will be homework assignments given at the end of each chapter. Homework problems will be solved in the recitation hours.
Every once in a while (once in one or two weeks), we will have pop-quizzes. They will NOT be announced beforehand, and they may also be given at the beginning of the lectures. They will be given especially when the class attendance is low.
