I am a PhD candidate at the
School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech.
My research advisor is Dr. Douglas Blough .
My research is in the area of trust management systems. I am a member of the Georgia Tech Identity Management research group
and the MedVault research group. My research interests lie in the areas of attribute based authorization systems, location based identity
management systems and online reputation systems.
I am currently working towards a PhD degree. I earned an MS in ECE from Georgia Tech in 2006 and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications
from India in 2000. Before coming to grad school, I worked for Samsung Electronics Corporation in their corporate R&D center in Bangalore, India. During the
Summer and Fall of 2005, I interned with Schlumberger's corporate R&D center in Paris working on developing DSP module for their
wireless data logging tool. In Spring 2010, I interened with Research In Motion Corp. in Redwood City, CA working on the design and development of their context aware
platform for the BlackBerry smartphones.
I am happily married to Himali, who recently graduated with a master's degree in computer science from Georgia State University.
