Conference Registration
Conference registration includes the conference proceedings (a hardcover book published by World Scientific), banquet, coffee breaks and attendance to all technical sessions. The registration was conducted by the IEEE Conference Management Services.
Note that starting 1 Dec 2001, registration has to be done on site. Check "Program at a Glance" for registration times. Only international cheques made payable to ICWLHN (drawn on a US bank) are accepted. Late registration fee is USD 750.
Extra banquet tickets cost USD 30 each (for full conference registrants only).
Hotel Registration
The 5-star Pan Pacific Hotel is the official hotel for the conference. This hotel has a sheltered pathway to the conference venue. The hotel reservation form can be downloaded here. The cut-off date for the special rate (about USD 100 per night) has been extended till 23 November 2001. Special rate applies for the dates 3 to 9 December 2001.
International delegates and speakers will receive complimentary souvenirs, courtesy of the Singapore Tourism Board.
Special Announcement
The wireless LAN installed in the central area of the Departure/Transit lounge of both Terminals 1 and 2 of Changi Airport in Singapore allows a visitor with a notebook computer and a wireless network card of IEEE 802.11 standard to surf the Internet for free. Passengers who do not have the wireless network card can loan the card free of charge from the E-Hub located at Terminal 2 Departure Transit Lounge.
