All homework must follow these rules.  If these rules are not 
followed, your homework will not be accepted.

(1) Your homework must have a cover sheet.  If you use MS Word, then 
use the attached cover sheet.
(2) Do not use paper torn from a spiral ring notebook.  Use engineer 
paper or ruled tablet paper.
(3) Write on only one side of the paper.
(4) Number your pages in the upper right corner of each sheet, 
including the total number of pages like this: 3/8
(4) The top, bottom, left and right margins must be no less than 3/4 inch.
(5) Staple your homework together in page number order.  The staple 
should be in the upper, left corner.  Paper clips or paper crimps 
will not be accepted.  I will not provide a stapler in class.
(6) Do not fold your homework.
(7) Number your problems to correspond to the number in the book.
(8) Circle your answers
(9) Be neat.  Present your work in an orderly fashion, so that the 
grader can easily follow what your are doing.  If we can't read it or 
follow your work, we don't grade it.
