Research Interest

Our research lies in both basic and applied areas of networking and machine learning. Our research interests are to understand and investigate fundamental issues of network management and security, to develop engineering solutions for managing and controlling heterogeneous and large networks, to develop and apply algorithmic and analytical approaches in the area of machine learning, statistics and information theory.

Our prior work has been involved with includes wavelet models of heterogeneous network traffic, proactive network anomaly detection, scalability of measurement-based network monitoring, QoS provisioning of wireless networks; complexity and algorithms of adaptive learning systems.
