| Krit Athikulwongse received the B.Eng and M.Eng degrees from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand, in 1995 and 1997, respectively. He also received the M.S. degree in 2005, and is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta. He joined the Georgia Tech Computer Aided Design Laboratory in 2008. His research focus is on physical design, especially placement, for 3D integrated circuits. |
