Biography

Nemanja Vucevic was born in 1979 in Belgrade, Serbia (Yugoslavia). He received the degree in Electrical Engineering in 2003 from Belgrade University (ETF), Serbia. In 2005, he joined the Radio Communication Research Group (GCR) in the Department of Signal Theory and Communications (TSC), Tecnical University of Catalonia (UPC), where he is pursuing his PhD. Currently, he is a visiting researcher at the Broadband Wireless Networking Laboratory (BWN-Lab) at Georgia Institute of Technology ( GaTech ).

His research interests include the field of mobile radio communication systems, with a special emphasis on development of reinforcement learning algorithms and their application in joint radio resource management, cognitive/opportunistic spectrum access, QoS management, all-IP networks, dynamic spectrum management, etc.
