The submission should be in either PS or PDF format. The format of the paper is as follow: Not to exceed 20 double-spaced, 8.5 x 11-inch pages (including figures, tables and references) in 10-12 point font. Number each page. Include an abstract, five to ten keywords, the technical area(s) most relevant to your paper, and the corresponding author's e-mail address. The paper should be emailed directly to the workshop organizer Dr. Xiaoli Ma (xiaoli@ieee.org) as an attachment. All submitted papers will be reviewed. Accepted papers will be presented at the workshop and included in the ICPP-07 workshop proceedings.
