POP-QUIZ
Every once in a while (once in one or two weeks), we will have
pop-quizzes.
They will not be announced beforehand, and they may also be given at
the
beginning of the lectures.
HOMEWORK
There will be (approximately) bi-weekly homework assignments. Homework
solutions will be made available online. You are encouraged to look at
them since exam questions may be similar to them. Homework copying is a
violation of the honor code and will not be tolerated.
EXPECTATIONS
This course requires familiarity with probability theory and its
applications.
Also, this course requires A LOT OF reading. The reading material is
not
too difficult, but takes a lot of time. Beware of this!!!
